Consider donating to the Electronic Frontier Foundation! They give you stickers! I own a PowerSpec G412 PC in running Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
For the last several months, my computer has been randomly freezing up, requiring a hard reboot. My research has indicated that the problem occurs in computers that run Windows 10 with the OS on a SSD and most data on a secondary HDD, and that matches my configuration. The typical solution is to downgrade to the previous version of Windows 10, which is not something that I necessarily want to do. In the three years that I've had this machine, it's has always been a bit of a bother when it comes to Windows 10. When I initially upgraded from 8.1 to 10, the installer would hang due to issues relating to my configuration, and it was several months before I could get it to successfully install using the installer. The Windows 10 Anniversary Update was the same way, in that the installer would hang at a certain point no matter what I did. The only way that I got the Anniversary Update to go on was by blowing everything away on the SSD and reinstalling Windows.

Attempts to install the Windows 10 Creators Update were the same way, with the installer's hanging at a certain point. I didn't want to go through the effort of blowing away Windows again to get the Creators Update to go on, so I just said 'screw it', since it didn't have any new features that I couldn't live without (Anniversary Update, on the other hand, had new features that I wanted). My other computers, an HP 8000 desktop and an Acer laptop, both have a single HDD, and no problems with Windows 10 updates. They're both running the current version of Windows 10 without issue. It all leads me to think that the SSD/HDD configuration on the PowerSpec is the likely culprit.
